Melvin Wilson
Melvin is the founder of the Wise Business Group, and leads our consulting practice. With more than 20 years of experience in project management, Mel has worked with a variety of industries including; engineering, defense, telecommunications, government, information technology, and pharmaceutical manufacturing. Before the launch of the Wise Business Group in 2009, Mel held executive positions in the scientific, engineering and manufacturing sectors at GE/Lockheed Martin, GlaxoSmithKline, SAIC Inc. and BearingPoint. He holds a Masters degree in Electrical Engineering from Syracuse University.

Janet Francis
Janet is a management consultant with more than 20 years of project and industry experience. She has worked in the private and public sectors throughout Pennsylvania. Most recently, she was responsible for managing successful small to large scale technology and organizational transformation projects in pharmaceutical manufacturing. Janet's specialization is in organizational transformation and change management. She has an M.S. in Organizational Management from the University of Pennsylvania.
